Account Inactivity: An account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 674phpark will attempt to contact the account holder via registered email before taking any action. Dormant account balances are subject to a monthly administration fee as notified at the time of dormancy classification. Players can reactivate dormant accounts by contacting support.

Account Closure by Player: You may request to close your 674phpark account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be addressed. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus offer may be active per player account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "playthrough requirements"). The specific multiplier is stated with each bonus offer. • Multi-Accounting: Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to do so, in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the 674phpark platform shall first be submitted to 674phpark's customer support team for resolution. 674phpark commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days and resolving the majority of disputes within 15 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 674phpark's internal process, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant licensing and regulatory authority. PAGCOR's decision on matters within its jurisdiction is final and binding. For matters outside PAGCOR's jurisdiction, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Players who believe a dispute has not been fairly handled may also contact the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or the relevant consumer protection authority under Philippine law.
